Hi all, I am with KR and coming to the end of a 2 year fixed term in January. I am told by then we will get some options November which seems real close. Does anyone have experience of how KR handle the end of term process?

There is a mortgage choice portal but our account number is longer than what is accepted so puzzled on that to?

This is a shared ownership mortgage to. Interested to hear any feedback especially any SO mortgage holders.
