Santander Mortgage Offer

Hi all. Had mortgage application accepted this morning - went through broker. Told it will be sent to solicitor within 24/48 hrs (goes to mortgage centre first??...so possibly after wkend). When would "I" get the email/text confirming the mortgage offer??

The mortgage centre produces and issues the offer.
You will get the offer issued email when it's produced/issued. Sorry, not being flippant.
You will not get a copy of the offer by email. It will be mailed to you.I am a mortgage broker. No sorry I meant the confirmation email...saying we have issued your mortgage offer. I know a copy gets emailed to the solicitor and a copy posted to myself.0

Our broker emailed us to say ours had been approved by Santander, the official email confirmation from Santander came 2 days later (doesn’t say much other than it’s been offered) and then the full offer came by post maybe 3/4 days after that.0
