Recycling work uniform

Options
Hope it’s ok to post here.

DS spent about 4 months this summer working for a well known coffee shop chain. He has now moved on and says he wouldn’t want to work there again. He has 5 or 6 branded tee shirts all in good condition which I don’t want to put in landfill but don’t imagine charity shops will be able to sell. Any ideas what I could do with them other than giving them to CS for ragging?

Thank you.

Mucky jobs, like painting is what I used my old job t-shirts for.

  • Has he offered them back?
I removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.
  • Is it a place where you have to buy your own uniform? If so they might sell on one of the usual places.
If he's friends with anyone who still works there they might appreciate having extras to save rushing laundry .
If not it's gardening /decorating wear , cleaning cloths or send to recycling .

  • Thanks for advice. I went into my local branch and they said they would be happy to take them. So today I dropped off 6 washed and ironed tees and a branded fleece. I’m just pleased they will be reused ♻️

We have to take old uniform back into work, it used to get used if someone ripped or damaged their own , nowadays it goes to be recycled by the firm.
