Best coal prices

I have an open fire, I usually only light it at the weekends in the winter. I used to burn soft wood log nets with a little coal for years.
But last year I started just burning coal and slacking it off, worked out a lot cheaper that logs.
With the price of coal going through the roof. What is the best price you have seen coal?

A 25kg bag of doubles, which is usually the cheapest ordinary coal you can get, is now £18. This time last year it was about £8.00.
