Any good Mystery shopping sites or receipt scanning?

Can anyone recommend any good mystery shopping sites that they've had success with?  Or any good apps for scanning receipts etc that might earn a few more pennies?

    Also, Storewards is another app for receipts.

    pays 5p for each supermarket receipt you scan, max of 10 per week.

    They also now pay you 1p when you scan certain items of your receipt.
