So Just had this through from solictor... funds have been released, but what does confirm lender the same mean?

The funds have been requested and we await Pepper Money to process the same and confirm when they will be released (in time for the 28th).

 

We will inform you once they confirm the same.

They have requested the money and wait for pepper to confirm release of funds basically.

Generally, when "the same" is used it refers to a specific thing already mentioned.  It's a manner of speech that is popular in offshore operations!

So they mean that they await Pepper Money to process the request for funds. 

Then, whoever "we" is, will confirm to you once this is done.

Thanks guys, now I am reading it back to myself I sound like a complete idiot  

FTB, nerves shot to bits, haven't slept in 6 months and sanity is hanging on by a thread!!
