Vida home loans - application process

Hi everyone,

we have a DIP with vida home loans - we have had to go with this lender because of my past credit.

can someone tell me what the application process is like?

My experience with them 3 years ago was fine. Like you we had to go with them due to past credit and we took out a 2 year term @ 3.69%. Guessing that it's a fair bit higher now. Best of luck.

We have a DIP 2 year variable at 5.6% which considering the rates everyone is getting isn’t that bad. We will then look to fix in a year or so when everything (hopefully) is better.
did they ask for lots of information during application and how long did it take to complete?
