Hi we have been in dispute with Shell energy since May this year. We moved from green to shell and when we moved we was 750pounds in credit. Then she'll said we owed over 2.5k so we made a complaint which is still on going so we have not paid since May but have got a bill for over 5.5k please help

How much have you actually used (in kWh) in that time?0 -
If you were disputing the £2500 why were you not paying the current bills? This part will not be protected by having a complaint going on and they can get court order to put you onto a prepayment meter.
