Hello
Im looking for advice in relation to going bankcrupt ive built a large debt with the likes of the hmrc vat credit card and few other things mainly to do with running my business. Ive wrestled to fix these things for years but struggle with paperwork. In relation to going bankcrupt do I just ring an insolvency companies and let them deal with all the paperwork is that how it works. Id just like a clean slate to not be chased anymore i havent had credit in years and dont need it so that doesnt worry me loosing that option for the next 10 years.
