Broken record here……
but has any got any idea how long it takes for pepper money to release mortgage funds?
We’ve been told pretty quick, our mortage offer runs out on the 28th and request is going in on the 25th 😳

They say they need 5 working days.

Lets hope Pepper are as quick!
It is tight. I think there might be a few sleepless nights between now and then.
If you have exchanged, the solicitor is taking a big risk so they must be confident.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. yes exchanged and packed so now we wait, although pepper have said they will give us a few more days grace if really needed, so long as the funds have been requested, which is a bit of a god send, but like you said before, they are a fantastic company and been a great help since day 1.1
