Pepper money release mortgage fund timeframe?

Broken record here……

but has any got any idea how long it takes for pepper money to release mortgage funds?

We’ve been told pretty quick, our mortage offer runs out on the 28th and request is going in on the 25th 😳

    They say they need 5 working days. 
    It can be done quicker though.

    ACG you are incredibly quick at answering! Thanks so much….. handover is on Monday/Tuesday then solicitor will request funds for Friday 😳 bit tight!

    Lets hope Pepper are as quick! 
    It is tight. I think there might be a few sleepless nights between now and then. 

    If you have exchanged, the solicitor is taking a big risk so they must be confident.

    I haven't really slept in about 7 months (since we started this journey) so a few more nights should be ok  :D


    yes exchanged and packed so now we wait, although pepper have said they will give us a few more days grace if really needed, so long as the funds have been requested, which is a bit of a god send, but like you said before, they are a fantastic company and been a great help since day 1.
