First direct Consent to Let

Guys, 

I have a mortgage with first direct and would like to know if first direct offers consent to let for mortgages. Due to personal circumstances, I need to move to another city. My LTV is 26%.

I know they do for Hm Forces, but think you'd be better asking them

@lutonguy You'll have to speak to FD to know for sure, you can just tell them that you are considering moving. IF their CTL policies are like anything their parent company HSBC, then this is what it looks like https://www.hsbc.co.uk/mortgages/existing-customers/rent/
