Hello, in March 2023 we're looking to borrow an additional £90,000 from Natwest to partly fund our 2 storey extension.

Does anyone know the additional product that Natwest would offer? And what rate it would be? The person we spoke to at Natwest wasn't particularly helpful.

How could they know what rate you will be offered in 5 months time?
