Has Nectar been hacked?

Hi, has anyone had issues with their Nectar account being hacked?
I had 10,500 points taken off mine 3 weeks ago.
I've already raised this with Nectar and having spent hours on the phone or online with them it's still unresolved. They've sent me a new card, but I can't register it, and my old account has been locked by them now so I now can't access it.
I have no idea if I will get my points back.
Has anyone been through the same and do you have any advice?
