Music school - make up lessons credits - can I get a refund

Hello knowledgable forumites.
My daughter had weekly flute lessons booked. £25 per week.
She no longer attends, as she progressed to secondary school where she can continue there. So we ended the contract with the music lessons.
During the time with the Music school [Regular lessons must be paid for monthly in advance. ], some (9) lessons were cancelled in advance by ourselves due to holidays, or the music school (teacher had covid (3 lessons) ).
The contract for the music school states: Payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a lesson, you will be issued with a Make Up Credit, which can be used to book an additional session.
Do I have any legal right to get a refund on either the 9 makeup lessons, or the 3 cancelled by the music school itself?
Thanks.

Full refund for the courses the school cancelled
For the ones you cancelled it depends how much the music school has lost as a result of your breech of the contract
"If you cancel the contract, the business is generally only entitled to keep or receive an amount sufficient to cover their actual losses that directly result from your cancellation (eg costs already incurred or loss of profit).Businesses must take reasonable steps to reduce their losses (eg by re-selling the goods or services)."
