Self employed help sheet

I registered self employed a few years ago and used a fabulous free sheet to help me work out my tax allowances for expenses. Then I became employed and my circumstances changed. I'm now registering as self employed again (though I do also work with PAYE), and I cannot find that fabulous help sheet. Are there any good free help sheets that anyone would recommend?
