Clydesdale recent experiences

Just wondered if anyone has any recent experience with Clydesdale mortgage application.
I have had my application in via a broker since the 23rd September and my valuation was done pretty quickly 2 weeks ago, however no one has told me if its fine or down valued. I have just signed the DD mandate and the declaration on Wednesday alongside sending another payslip but I feel like I have no idea where I am in the process and was just looking to see if anyone knows how their mortgage application timeline/process is? Does it go in a certain order?
Trying to get updates from my broker as to whereabouts in the process I am is like pulling teeth with very vague answers or no reply at all. I am past their 10 day offer period but I understand that this current time is very busy tho!
