Precise mortgage offer extension

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me if Precise are currently likely to extend my mortgage offer and if so, what would be the standard extension (1-2) months??
Our offer rate is 6.09 which was fairly high upon issue but now the same product has risen to 8.39 percent
