So a Bosch made in China counts then, same as the electric mini now to be made in China same quality or not.
Really comes down to your own preferences. I wouldn't buy any new Mini at 50% off (I drive a real Mini) or an MGEV at 90% off, but I would buy a Tesla Model 3 at list price, even if it was made in China.
Regardless of where it is made, I buy the brand with the best reputation, warranty and aftersales support possible.
P.S. If you're seriously considering the BMWini EV, check out the Fiat 500e as well. A very well proportioned and capable option.
