Lender wanting "Government gateway document showing monthly earning for the last 3 years."

Hi all 

has anyone experienced lender wanting  Government gateway document showing monthly earning for the last 3 years?

I had one previously wanting 3 years but not showing monthly earnings over the past 3 years. Why would they want this?

To verify employment/earnings history. I've had to provide something like this in the past from my personal HMRC login when I had a bad credit mortgage application but I don't remember if it showed monthly earnings or just the employers and total tax year figures.

I have found all the information needed to send, on my government getaway login. I just wondered why they would want such thing.

Probably because they aren't able to verify some part of your financial circumstances from the data they already have access to.
