Redeeming Mortgage

Just paid off Mortgage a couple of days ago with Santander, it was a largish amount and it has gone out of my current account but still on my mortgage account it is showing i still owe it, is this normal does it take a few days to clear?

Yes, don't know in particular about Santander but generally takes a couple of days to be tidied up.1
