addtocart spam

It's a fairly recent problem but it's a proper nuisance, occasionally wem's do get sent to spam and at the moment I'd miss them as they'd get lost amongst the masses a spammy emails coming in.
Does anyone know where they came from or how to stop them? I can't block the senders address as every address has a slightly different combination of numbers/letters on the end. So annoying!
