If that is your intention I hope you have been clearer with them than you have been here, because I don't think I am alone in not yet understanding what happened here.  I don't even know who "he" is.

You still haven’t said, as far as I can see, exactly what you hope a post dismissal grievance will achieve.
What specific outcome are you looking for? It seems to be to hold some unspecified person to account so I wouldn’t be holding my breath if you are expecting  a full and frank acknowledgment that X is an !!!!!! and will be dealt with accordingly.

I no longer work for them. I hope it does annoy them I’m raising the points so the other directors and managers know exactly how he’s been, and maybe show others who still work for him that it’s not on
    thank you for everyone’s comments

Thanks... not heard that one before.. it reminded me of this "Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.”

    To clarify,
sorry I should have said I have autism and maybe I’ve not got my point across.
I was employed and was not given any Ppe
i turned up to sites with the only ppe I had which was given from a training company this is not the current ppe fir the jobs which I was sent on. I knew this and it also didn’t fit correctly to protect. I turned up for numerous shifts as I didn’t want the manager to say I wasn’t getting paid because I didn’t turn up. I was constantly asking for correct ppe from them.
Every time I turned up for the supervisors rightly so said they couldn’t let me on the jobs & I would be paid because it wasn’t my fault my manager hadn’t ordered me any ppe.
I wasn’t paid the same as the other lads in the job, the wages department said it was because the manager didn’t sign off my training etc.
I have been constantly bullied by the manager and only after I put the grievance in did I receive my notice.
I want to go through with the grievance & then maybe an employment tribunal because of victimisation/ discrimination. I am an ex offender ( not a murderer, rapist etc)
I have all emails etc regarding asking for ppe, and about wages.
It just seems very strange that a very large well known company thinks it’s right to not supply ppe etc.
    hope I’ve explained things better.
    Thank you

Most people work for a crappy employer, sometimes six or seven before one comes up that's worth staying at. Given you were there one month I'd chalk it down to a bullet dodged, still in the very beginnings of getting to know the companies involved and it's unlikely you're significantly invested (possibly emotionally? I know this varies)

Unless you were let go on the grounds of a protected characteristic and can evidence it surely any greivance will go through a process defined by those you've raised it against. I don't think youl get what you want.

I have a motto not to fight every battle in which I believe I'm right, but those that have a worthwhile and meaningful result for fighting.

You're going to, in my opinion, invest a lot In a tiny potential reward

It may surprise you to learn that there is no law requiring employees doing the same job to be paid the same money.

Putting in grievances after you have left the employment is not only a waste of time but if other potential employers find out about this, you're likely to find a lot of doors will be closed to you. Troublemakers are not welcome in the workplace.

For whatever reason, the job didn't work out. Accept this and move on. You were only there for a month, so an Employment Tribunal won't be able to do much for you.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Were you told you would be given PPE?

When you asked what did they answer?

yes PPE was supposed to be given .. I asked several times because I was being turned away from the job sites by supervisors.
I was told to stop bugging & sending emails asking and that they was on order

the way I’ve read about laws I cannot understand how the company think they can get away with it.

And your evidence that you were discriminated against because of a protected characteristic that will stand up in a tribunal is?
As has already been said, there is no obligation to pay everyone the time. All I’m seeing so far as an employer is taking a while get some PPE - How do you know it hasn’t been ordered and the delay is with the suppliers?

Making an allegation is one thing. Even if you’re right about bullying, which you’ve given no evidence of as yet, proving it is something else entirely. Another people have said after a month you have a little in the way of employment rights.

You ask whether it’s worth carrying on? The consensus here seems to be no. As someone else said it’s about choosing your battles and this one doesn’t seem to be particularly winnable.
