would like to know about second mortgages i got behind due to redundancy ge money took me to court to repossess my home they dident succeed but the judge told me too try claim back all the 40 pound administrations fees they had on pluss 88 pound debt councilling we never asked for which template letter do iuse thankyou

    I suggest you talk to cccs.co.uk or your local citizens advice before thinking about second mortgages etc.

    As far as template letters there are various links from the front page of this site to give you the forms you need.

    There is a test case starting in January which will decide whether the fees are lawful or not but there is no harm in getting your claim in.
