Hi, anyone had any luck in contacting DWP ( GYSP dept) having recieved notification my state pension is being reduced without explanation I'm being bounced around but it appears GYSP is responsible for 'online' pensions but have no way of contacting them other than DWP messaging them to call me back. Surprisingly no calls recieved. Also despite the .gov site suggesting I call. in person or write, no address offered. Hours of hanging on the phone with little success

it would appear that you reached SPA nearly two years ago.
You applied and have been in receipt of your SP since you turned 66?
You say that you have received "notification" about a reduction in your SP- was this in a letter?
If so, can you copy into a post (removing all identifying details)?
