From OFGEM's website, sounds like you may need to contact them for the information.

The aspects of the scheme which Ofgem administer include:

    • Running the Central FIT Register and the Renewables & CHP Register - the databases of all accredited installations
I imagine Ofgem get quite a few of these queries. Their register does record the beneficial owner of the FIT, and from previous threads they seem happy to share this info with the owner of the roof the panels are installed on.

Email penned - thank you Alnat and Qriz. Just need to get the MPAN number to add to it first.

I'll keep the thread updated in case it's of interest to others.

You may find the installer sold the FIT rights to some investment group who will now have sold them on again... Interesting issues arise when people need repairs and find the people who end up with the FITS have a hazy idea of what the actual solar panels are.

If someone is getting the FIT then someone must obviously be reading the generation meter to get the readings. If the panels have been there 10+ years I doubt the Generation meter is sending the readings off.

Where is the meter and who has been reading it?

I'm pretty sure there is an ethernet-connected device on it, so i suspect the readings are taken automatically. I don't think anyone has been visiting to read the generation meter, but I can confirm.
I did think about unplugged the interweb device - that should bring them running...
The 2 inverters, generation meters and the ethernet device are mounted highish on a wall in a corridor. I think the actual CU and electricity meter are elsewhere.
