Natwest/Nationwide/Barclays/HSBC - Who's best for a tracker?

I'm drawn to NatWest, but they have ERC of 0.5/0.25.
Nationwide/HSBC seems a little bit more expensive but with no exit fee.
Barclays don't do execution only...which is annoying, as I cannot tolerate hour after hour on a call with a mortgage advisor.
60-75% LTV.
Anyone any thoughts on these lenders?

I am with Skipton. They are quick, no ERCs and not too long hold on the phone.0

Whatever's cheapest (when you're ready to apply) and best meets your requirements (ERC / no ERC, etc.)?If you don't want to endure the torture of getting advice from the bank, just use a fee free broker. If it's just a bog standard remortgage shouldn't take more than a 10 minute call or you might not even need a call.0
