What lenders allow you to take a repayment mortgage term into retirement....ie above 75

@iamiam Plenty of lenders will lend into retirement if you can evidence sufficient retirement income (eg: DB pension projections) to meet affordability.
Or are you referring to lenders that will consider an intended retirement age above 75 and allow a term up to the intended retirement age? Most lenders will take the lower of the state retirement age and your declared retirement age, so will be interested in confirming you will have a retirement income as stated above. The level of scrutiny in terms of retirement income may depend on your age, if there is a long time until you hit the state pension age its possible they may just check you are paying into a pension rather than doing a full affordability assessment on your income post retirement.0
