Looking for feedback on {my}dentist

I have just broken a tooth and am now looking for a new dentist, as the NHS dentist I was with until now has taken me off his list of NHS patients and I was not happy with them anyway...
Doing some research for local dentists, I came across the {my}dentist website. They offer a list of dentists by region with a choice of 3 types of treatments: NHS / "affordable private dentistry" / private dentistry with details about their pricing structure. The affordable scheme seems appealing to me and I would like to know if somebody on this forum can provide some feedback. Many thanks in advance for your advice

I would think the dentist is choosing his own charging structure. Why would anyone choose the expensive private option if he has an affordable private option?
