Is Shoppix any good to sign up to?

As the title says...is Shoppix worth signing up to? As long as it pays out, I'm not too bothered how slow it is to earn a couple of ££, but there are so many of these companies that you seem to sign up to, do the hard work and then the rewards don't come through

If Facebook reviews are anything to go by it is probably best left alone with a 1.3 rating out of 5 (47 reviews) when you cannot rate less than 1 probably says it all - a recent review

"Used to like this app and managed to redeem 3 x 6000 points for 3 x £10 Amazon vouchers, however lots of receipts are now being rejected and not awarded points for reasons which aren’t correct which is frustrating, wouldn’t recommend due to this. Shame as it used to be better"

others are similar about redemptions and the "scam" word is used several times

I use it. Not had any problems with payouts via Paypal.  You have to get 3200 points for a payout of £5 via Paypal, Amazon, Itunes or Love2shop and is 25points per receipt uploaded plus a 5 point bonus if within 24hours, after 24 hours its just 25points. They also have an occasional short quiz to win a points draw and occasional short surveys about the shopping experience for 10 to 40points plus 'scratchcards' to win more points. I have had receipts rejected but not many and usually turn out to mostly be my error. The few i have challenged usually get corrected.

Well, mixed reviews then. Thanks for the replies. I did try and sign up last night, but it kept saying there was an error with my email, so I uninstalled the app and gave up in the end.

Have used the App for couple of years now, if receipts reject it’s usually my fault.  I build to maximum points claim via PayPal, no problems at all. A family member tried to join but was told only a certain number of “members” can register and to keep trying to register.  I am assuming one in one out.

I use it, it does pay out but it is very slow to reach the required amount.  The review that mjm3346 posted is a good description of my experience. Receipts that have nothing wrong are regularly rejected and the challenge is also rejected. It was better in the past but has deteriorated lately.

I also use Store rewards which I find better. More generous with the points so you get to cashout a bit faster.

it kept saying there was an error with my email

I use it and recently have been having a problem where the receipts wouldn't upload until the next day losing me the extra 5 points time bonus. I tried to cash out a £20 paypal voucher on 2nd October and it says its all gone through on my app (points deducted) but I haven't had the money. (I have cashed out twice previously with no issues so no problem linking my account to my paypal). I have emailed them but got the standard 'we are busy and will get back to you' email but nothing since.

I use this one too and haven't had any problems getting a payout or having receipts accepted. It is fairly slow to rack up the points though, I joined in May this year and have had two £5 Amazon vouchers in that time.

It's good to keep an eye on the surveys section too as that helps get to payout quicker.
