Hi,
Which companies if any will include covid grants as part of self employed income? Which companies will accept Personal independence payments as income if the award needs to be renewed 3.5 years into the 5 year fixed term period?

Would any company do this?
Thanks

You need a mortgage broker2

As someone with multiple income types myself, there are so many permutations and combinations to what you have asked about. You would be well advised to speak to a broker to understand your options or how much you can borrow.Based on what my broker told me, I'm pretty sure neither Halifax nor Barclays care about SEISS. But if your latest profits are less than the previous year, then they might.1

I know from my recent mortgage application that Coventry BS accept SEISS grants as income. They also only consider most recent year's income rather than an average of the last three or whatever. Hope that helps.1
