Halifax Re-mortgage Timescales

Can anyone who's recently remortgaged with Halifax give me a rough idea of timescales/timeline for the process.
Broker submitted the application earlier today and we were contacted within about 15 mins from ESurv to book in the survey/valuation. Is it normally this quick?
We're at about 74% LTV, both employed full time, but are borrowing extra to pay off the HTB loan. I've previously had bad credit, and our existing mortgage is with precise, an adverse credit specialist, but last default was in October 2016, so almost off my file! I'm just a little nervous about this going through, as i'd slipped into my overdraft these past couple of months (after years of not being in it! ), so hoping that doesn't bring us down, so i'm taking the valuation being booked as a good sign, but maybe i'm clutching at straws?! Our broker doesn't see it as an issue, its an arranged overdraft.

Wow. Our broker submitted our remortgage application to Halifax back in August and we haven't haven't heard anything about a valuation! Hopefully we got lucky and have passed a desktop valuation, and there aren't any surprises for us in the pipeline! We use the same value as what we offered for it two years ago (and our current lender valued it as then).
We're finding that after submitting documents or responding to a query via our broker, it's taking a week to 10 days before the next update.0 -
Oh wow - our broker rang us just after she had submitted, and said that they sometimes don't even bother with the survey and just do a desktop, but then no longer had I hung up with her, E Serv were on the phone!
Just hoping its a smooth process, we had the initial appointment with the broker two weeks ago, then mini budgetgate happened and our payments are going up another £72, not sure how we would manage if it was more1 -
Just had our offer through today, it's taken just over 8 weeks. However, based on the requirements on the Halifax Intermediaries website, it looks like Halifax only got the documentation they needed last week (5/10) - the rest of the time has been L&C asking for documentation that wasn't necessary, failing to submit documentation we'd provided that was necessary, and submitting the wrong documentation.
It looks like we had a desktop survey done, as no-one has been round, but the offer has the property value as quite a bit more than we put on the application!
Still not quite there - the offer has the wrong conveyancer details on, apparently L&C never passed our change of conveyancer on to Halifax - but at least our new case manager spotted it and is sorting it out.0
