Natwest Confusion

I received an AIP letter following my application which said "a satisfactory full credit assessment has been completed". A couple of days later I received a call to say my application had failed on the credit score but she couldn't say why. The tracker however says that they have instructed a valuation. Does anyone have any experience of this?

I just wonder whether it would say the application had been rejected if it had been - the latest update was done after she called?
Natwest have also instructed a conveyancer as I just had an e-mail from them

Has the application being declined or not? If not then the message you got was maybe a system glitch?

This is what the tracker currently says:
