i was looking to sell my house afer xmas, have already paid half the mortage off and with santander manged to fix my ne 5 year fix 6 months ago and its just switched over. 5 year fix for 2.74%. so we have decided to just stick it out here and over pay as much as possible for about a year or until we see things are getting a bit better.0
