Pepper money mortgage extension running out!

Hi all. So we went for a new build. Mortgage application went through fine with Pepper money early April. The offer was only for 3 months and we also had 2 more extensions, but the property is still not complete. We have now been told the date of completion and we're trying to negotiate with pepper for an extension. Anyone been in a similar situation, with pepper money?. Did they extend the offer after the initial 3 months and then the 2 months further extension period? Or its going to be a new application?.

Hi just saw this post. How did you get on? Currently have an extension with pepper but they are saying no more and don’t know if we can complete in time 😩

If you are beyond the 6 months, chances are rates will be lower now than they were when you applied. It might not be a bad thing to re-apply. Speak to your broker though.
