Hi,
What are the remortgaging options for the over 60s? I have heard that some lenders will lend to over 60s but I can't find anything in practice.
Thanks,

@kimmer Your options will depend on your income (current and post-retirement), age, LTV, term required, etc. and other specifics of your requirements and circumstances.kimmer said:Hi,

Looking at about 180k with only 5 years left on an interest only. Property is probably worth around 500k.
Low income and just standard pension plus a small private pension (2 people). I don't have the exact detail as it's not for me, I'm just trying to find some potential avenues that could be worth them pursuing.0
