@househelpplease These are the current HSBC broker application service levels https://intermediaries.hsbc.co.uk/our-latest-service-levels/
There's nothing to worry about re rates, your's would have been secured when you submitted the full application.Househelpplease said:We submitted our application for a 5 year fix 2 weeks ago and have sent a payslip but nothing else yet. Hoping because we haven’t heard anything to the contrary our rate is honoured! Anyone in the know have any idea of timeframes for HSBC or an order as to what should happen next? Thank you! Scary times!

Thank you very much! We’re employed and it’s just a domestic mortgage application. It’s been 14 working days now and have only sent the payslip. Does anyone know what we’re expecting to happen next? The broker just says he’s waiting for them to assess it but do we then get asked for more info, does the valuation happen before the offer comes? Just wondering what the process is really. Have they literally not looked at it yet or are they doing things like the valuation now?Thank you!0

@househelpplease With HSBC you'd either have an automated valuation or a valuation would be automatically instructed when the full application is submitted. In any case, your broker should be able to tell you as this is what they'll see in the the tracker for a case.Househelpplease said:Thank you very much!
