Cheryl do you think there is any way you could encourage her to post here herself, or at the very least might she be willing to go through the process of completing her SOA with you, and you could then post it for her?

I agree it would be better for your sister to post herself but I would exercise caution re an IVA.  They are usually used to protect equity so if she is renting it is of no benefit to her. My advice is that if she has already defaulted on her debts then she can either offer tokens and revisit when her finances are in better shape or  leave payments altogether.  Posting an soa on here is a good idea.  

Not sure what to advise about the car but presumably if she doesn't pay they will repossess it anyway.  If she does not pay the car hp or the credit cards she may be able to use the money saved to buy an old banger to see her through.  £430 on a car when she cannot make rent is crazy though and she needs to lose the bf.

I will try and persuade my sister to post directly but she has a habit of burying her head in the sand. 

It also looks like she has decided to stay with the boyfriend for now - my whole family have tried to advise her against it but it looks like it has went in one ear and other the other unfortunately
