Molo Finance mortgage

Does this rate actually exist? It looks stunningly good for a 10 year fix but whilst Habito list it as a live deal, I can't see 10 year fixed on the Molo site, the shortest is 15 years.

@mde Doesn't look like it to me, Habito's sourcing (like a lot of other sourcing tools including mine) might be out of date. There was another thread this morning where Habito had recommended an expired Barclays product to a client.

Is it marked as a direct product or an intermediary product by Habito?

That other thread was me too! I'm looking for a replacement to the Barclays product.

This Molo one has come up here: https://www.habito.com/mortgage-comparison/101000

    House value 400000
    Remortgage amount 207000
    10 year fix

@mde Perhaps it's just out of date information.

Given the current volatility, they should be displaying a disclaimer like this one on the MSE mortgage comparison. And also making clear whether it's direct or not. For example it looks like they'll let you click through to fill in a fact-find and apply for the Lloyds deal but Lloyds don't have a broker channel.
