Vegan supplements - cheapest buying

Hello all 😊

I am trying to improve my Frugal-Fu. One area I need to make inroads into, is the supplements I take which currently I buy from @m@zon …..!

Is there a site that you can buy vegan supplements (so things like vitamin B12, non fish based omega 3 etc.) as well as the more bog standard things like vitamin c and d etc. from cheaply?

Or would I better off upping my coupon game and looking out for coupons for places like H&B and actually go physically shopping (which I very rarely do) which I suppose I could then align with going to the shop that the curry house buys all their spices and pulses from?

Any ideas or thoughts on this would be appreciated 😊

H&B can be ordered online and usually have % off codes that can be used in conjunction with the buy one get one free/half price/a penny - no need to go to the physical shop!

I often find them the cheapest - the list price is expensive but after all the 'special offers' (that just seem to rotate) they're actually quite competitive.

  • Healthspan do a good vegan Omega-3, and if you look in the discount section of this forum there is almost always a 50% off code. In theory you can get cashback too with Quidco etc, but I find it never gets approved if you use a discount code.

I used to use Vegetology Opti3 (Omega-3 and Vit. D), and they used to have 3 for 2 offers, and bundle deals.

Another recommendation for H&B vegan omega 3. I get vegan vitamin D from Boots when on offer. Tesco recently had an offer on their vegan multivit which covers a lot of bases. I get magnesium and also turmeric and B vitamins from Home Bargains of all places. They don't show up on their website unfortunately.
