I signed up to Opinion Outpost about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Went to cash out my first £5 via Paypal and it said I had to link my Paypal account, which I did. It then said I should be able to cash out after 72 hours. It is now about 5 days and still get the same message every time I try and cash out. I have messaged their helpdesk day before yesterday, but still not had a reply. Also since then I have had no more surveys? Do you think they have locked me out and now I've lost my £5? Anyone else had any issues with them? DO they normally reply to your messages?

They are a nightmare. They respond okay but without any real resolution to anything you ask. The last time I tried to cash out (vouchers) they kept asking me to change my email address as the one I gave them each time was "not allowed" but they refused to tell me which ones were allowed. I found one that worked, after about ten attempts, cashed out and I haven't returned to them since.1

Thanks for the reply. They did eventually reply to me. Told me to log out, clear my browsing history etc, wait 24 hours and try again! Did all that and still won't work, so have messaged them again. All I get when I try to cash out now is an error message. If they don't reply in a couple of days, I will try & cash out a gift card instead as I now have enough points for that, but not doing any more surveys on there until I know I can get my rewards.olgadapolga said:They are a nightmare. What sort of email did they say you had to have? Mine is Hotmail.Making the debt go down and savings go up

They didn't say, that was the problem! I went through loads of sign-ups just to try yet another email provider with them. It was utter madness. I can't remember which one worked as it only worked long enough for me to grab my gift cards and run.Makingabobor2 said:What sort of email did they say you had to have? Mine is Hotmail.1 -
Happy to report that they finally sorted out my account and it is all working ok. Didn't have to change emails or anything, they finally verified it. Got a lovely chap at their help centre who kept in touch with me while he sent the query to accounts dept and true to his word, kept me up to date with the progress. Finally managed to cash out my first amount and hopefully will get more surveys and keep going.Making the debt go down and savings go up
