Nationwide Mortgage first payment notification

Hi everyone,

I'm a first time buyer who completed on 23rd September. I read online on Nationwide's website that I should receive a mortgage first payment notification in writing 5-7 days after completing.

I still haven't received this yet. I was just wondering if anyone else had a delay in receiving this?

I'm not worried about having the payment amount, as I have it in my account but was just concerned that there was important information in this first mortgage payment notification that would lead to the first payment not being taken from my account in time (such as details to set up direct debit)
