Autumn Campaign  - Booking Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is a resident of England, Wales and NI except employees of National Trust and their immediate families.  
2. Number of free visit tickets are limited, the promotion is open until the limited number of tickets have been distributed or until 30 November 2022, whichever is the earlier. 
3. Tickets will be single use and valid for use at National Trust properties on or before 30 November 2022.  
4. Tickets can only be claimed via this link. Applicants will be sent an electronic/digital ticket. 
5. The ticket allows for up to 2 adults and 4 children to enter a National Trust site for free. (Adults are those aged 18 or over; children are those aged between 5 – 17; under 5s receive free admission at National Trust properties) 
6. Some properties require booking in advance of the visit date, please check the property’s website prior to visiting to check whether this is the case with your chosen property and to make a booking. At these properties, without a booking we cannot guarantee entry. If your chosen property does require you to pre-book, input AUTUMNCAMPAIGN instead of ‘membership number’ during the booking process.
7. There are some exclusions on National Trust venues / properties included in this promotion. Please click here to see these exclusions. It is important you consult this list prior to arriving at your chosen destination. Entry can be refused at an excluding venue.  
8. Free tickets valid from Monday - Sunday at National Trust properties within advertised opening hours. 
9. Only one entry per email address and one entry per household will be permitted. Duplicate entries will not be valid to receive more than one ticket.  The National Trust have sole discretion to deny an application if it considers there to have been an abuse. There is no cash alternative. 
10. The ticket is for entry only and exclude car parking charges. Where parking is included in the admission price, it is included. 
11. The tickets are not valid at National Trust events where a separate charge is made.  
12.  Tickets are not transferable against the cost of National Trust membership.  
13. Tickets are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Presumably anyone who got a ticket before they ran out of their limited number will still be able to use them to the end of this month.
