Non-existent wi-fi calling

I've just signed up to the MSE blagged 5GB Lebara deal which advertised wi-fi calling.  Tried setting it up on my phone, but no luck.  Contacted Lebara who said they did not support wi-fi calling and had no real plans to do so.  I'm stuck now as I have no mobile signal at home (one bar if I sit outside in my car).  I rely on my mobile for keeping in touch with family, and this worked OK with the 3 network, but now I'm stuck.  Can I rely on what the MSE says about the phone networks it promotes?

Their website says they support WiFi calling, I don't know why they're saying they don't?

Lebara do support wifi calling ......... just not with your model of phone.  One would have thought there was some sort of standard like there is with bluetooth.

I have WiFi calling from Lebara, this is what they sent in June

    Dear customer,
We are very pleased to share that WiFi Calling and 4G Calling (VoLTE) is now available on the Lebara network. We are rolling out the service in phases and you are one of our first customers to be able to use this feature. Please see below the information on how to set up these features on your device.
How do I set up WiFi calling on my phone/handset?
To set up WiFi Calling on your phone, follow the simple steps below.
    1. Go to SETTINGS on the Home screen of your phone
    2. Select PHONES
    3. Select WiFi CALLING
    4. Turn ON the toggle for WiFi calling and return to Home screen
    5. You should see WiFiCall icon on the top right of the screen

I got WiFi calling on Lebara with my P20 Pro, but when I moved to my Realme 9pro+ it refuses to offer me the setting - put a 3 SIM in slot 2 & immediately it offers it for that SIM.  Even got an email similar to the above (might be for a spare SIM I added), but alas still no joy.  Thankfully I don't need it, just want to know it is there if I do at some point.

There is a suggestion on the net to message CALLING to a short code to have it provisioned - apparently a Vodafone thing - it replies hopefully, but having done so twice, it does nothing.
