    Waited for lloyds to phone, nothing. Tried calling them and was on hold for 1hr 20 minutes. Interest rate gone from 3.7 to 5 over night 😩

    Oh, that's annoying! - I can see numbers of about 4.43 at Lloyds, but that for my LTV and term. Not sure what you're asking to borrow but I would still go ahead and get the 6 months offer. If it drops then don't go with it, if it increases then your protected.

    Hey, we've put an application through with Halifax this morning for 4.46%. Think it's around 56% LTV.

    If it drops at any point, can we just apply else where? 
  • I’ve been looking this morning and the best rate I’ve seen is a 5 year fixed. 3.79% (£995) fee. Or 4.05% no fee. NatWest.
