Santander flexible remortgage

Hi I have had a flexible offset mortgage with Santander that is a tracker.  I want to remortgage to Santander but their products for existing customers exclude flexible mortgage holders.  Can anyone tell me why and how to get the best deal now available from them.  Online digital help wasn’t even reading my question 😂

Are you sure?  Maybe you can't change it online but you can by phone?

On website it has the following information....

Can I change my deal? 

You can change your deal if:

• you’re within 4 months of the existing deal coming to an end, or
• you’re on a mortgage product without an early repayment charge, or
• you’re on our Standard Variable Rate or Follow-on Rate

Can I change deals online or by phone?
