    The submit button shows using Chrome browser, on PC.

    Which browser are you using?
    Have you cleared your history, temporary internet files, etc?

    It might be worth refreshing the page a couple of times to see whether that makes a difference, or trying incognito mode.

    Can't think what else to suggest.
