I have a nationwide 5 year fixed rate mortgage ending in January. I was gonna fix a new deal nearer the time my mortgage ends.
Seeing the news today should I accept the current offer of 3.99 on a new 5 year fixed with nationwide whilst the offer is still there?

Wow... that was close. I just completed my application for the 3.79 10yr fixed yesterday. Given I was on 2% over BoE with Nationwide, I'm happy with this outcome as I don't see int rates dropping below 1.79% for some time.2

Any idea what TSB rates are likely to do? Currently 4.39% for 2 year fix for existing customers0
