Hi Chanz4,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, regular, polite but concerned phone calls. It seems to be a new person every time and they require you start the story right from the beginning. The mix of worry, frustration and inability to get an answer from them is exhausting.
The 'net has plenty of information about being able to receive the HTB loan but little about problems repaying it. Thoughts and experiences from anybody out there who has suffered or is suffering similarly will be gratefully read!
I'd be very pleased to learn about your shortcut.0 -
Hi balayya389. Yes, calls and emails. They had always been charming and helpful, but replies have dried up and, from their side, still nothing is moving. On my side, I'm increasingly anxious and there doesn't seem to be any way to enquire about the hold up. Any ideas would be welcome.0

@Whizz51 Did you email the name i sent you on message on here? They would of sorted it in daysDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
