Continuing with same employeer and claiming techers' pension

I wonder if anyone can help with teacher’s pension, as they are certainly not being clear themselves!

 

I am entitled to my pension next year but would like to continue working also in the same job and claim my full pension. Does nayone know how to arrange this? Do I have to resign then be rehired?  I can’t find any info on how to continue in the same employment and claim your teacher’s pension.
