Help to Buy Advice

Options
Hi all,

Would like some advice on HTB. We have 3 years left on our HTB scheme and we are on the fixed rate mortgage with 3 years left on it.

What is the best way to pay back this HTB, We got 20% of the price, which is around £70K.

Given that the house prices will shoot up, I am guessing I will have to pay back around £100k.

any advice?

Kind Regards
N

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

@nav1986 If you're sure that house prices will shoot up from this point in time, then yes it may make sense to pay off the the HTB loan at the earliest.

But if you're not, then it would be worth having a think about the pros and cons of paying off a loan that is interest free for 3 more years, especially with the current interest rate background.
