Hi all,
Would like some advice on HTB. We have 3 years left on our HTB scheme and we are on the fixed rate mortgage with 3 years left on it.
What is the best way to pay back this HTB, We got 20% of the price, which is around £70K.
Given that the house prices will shoot up, I am guessing I will have to pay back around £100k.
any advice?
Kind Regards
N

we just paid ours back, go via these cheap as any for the rics https://www.samconveyancing.co.uk/contact-usDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.1

But if you're not, then it would be worth having a think about the pros and cons of paying off a loan that is interest free for 3 more years, especially with the current interest rate background.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
